the importance of goals & when to give up!

Having goals give us a sense of purpose, and help define what's important to us. They can be any size - extra small, small, medium, large, extra large. It doesn't matter - they mean something to us to want to commit time, resources and courage towards them. Have fun making the goal and then working through it - it's been proven that you can find happiness along the way! Also, when the circumstances change and the goal no longer fits, don't hesitate to give it up. Failure is just a part of life. Accept it, forgive yourself and move on. Learn from the experiences and it can open you up to be more creative, innovative, spontaneous and confident in your next goal. And if you need support, the good coach is here to help.
